Application – The software program provided by Rabbit Match / Pet Match, downloaded by You on any electronic device.
Buyer – Any user of the Service who is searching for or inquiring about rabbits (or other pets) listed by Sellers.
Company (also referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) – Refers to RabbitMatch.net and PetMatch.net, operating in the United States.
Content – Text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked, or otherwise made available by You on the Service.
Country – The United States of America.
Device – Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
Feedback – Suggestions, innovations, or ideas sent by You regarding Our Service.
Good – The pets (primarily rabbits, but also other animals where applicable) or related goods and services offered on the platform.

Listing Fees: We may charge a posting fee (e.g., $5 per listing) or other fees for premium features. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payments: If paid features are offered, payment processing will be through secure third-party providers.
Disputes: All adoption/sales disputes are strictly between Buyer and Seller. We do not mediate.

8 – Animal Disclaimers

Animals are living beings; we make no guarantees on temperament, health, or suitability.
We do not verify veterinary claims. Buyers are encouraged to obtain independent health checks.
“Approved” or “Verified” user status does not constitute endorsement or guarantee.

9 – Safety and Liability

We do not conduct comprehensive background checks. Exercise caution when meeting in person.
You assume all risks associated with transactions and interactions.
You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

10 – Disclaimers and Limitations

Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
Liability is limited to the greater of:
1. Total fees paid to us in the past 6 months, or
2. $100 USD.
